The South Carolina Apothecary Association is a statewide nonprofit membership organization representing responsible retailers throughout South Carolina.
Our members are local small business owners from all walks of life who are committed to responsible retailing, consumer safety, and sound public policy.
Our founding members include United States military veterans who continue their commitment to public service through responsible business ownership and community leadership.
Our purpose
The Association was established to:

- Protect the rights of adults to purchase legal products.
- Prevent youth access and diversion.
- Support local small businesses.
- Promote effective, science-informed regulation.
